Prices are quoted in EURO and are per apartment, per night, not including meals, excluding local taxes and exclusive of final cleaning. Room prices – prices per night in Euro including breakfast, excluding local taxes.
Local taxes:
Local taxes per person and night € 3.00 (for those over the age of 15).
Silvretta Card Premium Partner
Since we are Silvretta Card Premium programme business member, at check-in you are automatically issued the Silvretta Card Premium. With it you can enjoy lots of inclusive services and discounts in Paznaun! The price of your discount card is not included in the overnight tax and will be charged separately. The Silvretta Card is available from 14.06.2024 to 13.10.2024.

Arrival and departure:
On the day you are due to arrive, rooms and apartments are available from 15:00. On the day you are due to depart we request that you vacate apartments by 10:00 at the latest.
Should your arrival be delayed, and you will only be arriving after 18:00, please give us a quick call to let us know.
Pets:
Out of consideration for other guests, pets are not allowed in our house.
Smoking:
We would like to point out that smoking is not allowed in the whole house. Thank you for your understanding!
Ski storage room:
With shoe dryer for your equipment.
Reservation:
A booking is only valid after receiving a written booking confirmation! When a reservation is made, the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.
We recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance. www. europäische. at. www.europäische.at.
Deposit:
A deposit is required to make your reservation binding, (as stated in the reservation letter). Ts&Cs as per Austrian hotel contract conditions.
Payment:
Your bill can only be settled in cash. To make your reservation binding we request a fee-free deposit. Please effect transfers to our account with Volksbank Ischgl. .

Cancellation options:
Are only valid in writing – and only once you have received a confirmation from us. Cancellations will incur the following cancellation costs:
- 3 to 1 month before the date of arrival, 40 % of the total package price.
- 1 month to 1 week before the date of arrival, 70 % of the total package price.
- In the last week before the date of arrival, 90% of the total package price.
- In case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge the total price for the package booked.
If less than the booked number of people arrive, the full room or apartment price will be charged (according to booking confirmation).
Valid are the general terms of the Austrian hotel industry.
